Sterling Brown is charting his next basketball chapter in Europe, officially joining forces with ALBA Berlin. The German powerhouse announced their two-year agreement with the US guard-forward.
This NBA stalwart, boasting six years of professional experience, becomes ALBA’s fourth acquisition this off-season, succeeding signings like Justin Bean, Matt Thomas, and Matteo Spagnolo.
In the past season, Brown took to the court in a mere four matches with the Los Angeles Lakers, dedicating most of his time to the G League. While with the Raptors 905, he displayed commendable stats, registering an average of 15.7 points with a 49% shooting accuracy, 7.2 boards, 4.8 dimes, and 1.1 swipes per game.
Brown got his NBA call as the 46th pick in the 2017 NBA draft, kickstarting his pro journey with the Milwaukee Bucks. His NBA trail also led him to the Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks, tallying 268 regular-season appearances with averages of 5.3 points and 3.3 boards.
